Responsible for supporting new-to-world categories and brands through:
This role partners closely with internal Sazerac teams, including category brand, operations, procurement, analytics & business intelligence, e-commerce, and product development. You will support both new brand launches and innovation pipelines for existing brands to drive top- and bottom-line financial growth.
Support execution of strategic plans, annual marketing plans, activations, and budgets for assigned new-to-world categories/brands
Work to meet defined sales and profit objectives
Collaborate across functions to build brands into profitable, growing businesses aligned with company goals
Track progress against KPIs and program plans; ensure execution is on time and within budget
Support supplier relationships and communications
Assist in concepting, developing, and executing new brand development opportunities
Navigate NBD projects through internal processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Support management of agency work related to creative development, packaging, marketing materials, promotion, public relations, and media for assigned categories/brands and projects
Focus time and resources on the most critical BCSPs to achieve objectives
Use data tools to measure and analyze performance
Assist in developing action plans to close performance gaps
Establish organized personal priorities and ensure project team roles are clearly defined
Maintain project updates and monitor completion through the PPT system
Facilitate project progress across teams
Contribute to the development of brand strategy, new initiatives, and special projects for assigned categories/brands
Create and follow an action plan to build the skills and experiences required to achieve career goals
Use the CDS system to track and guide your progress
Utilize the PDS system and available resources to identify areas for continuous self-improvement
Dedicate regular time to developing skills outlined in the Development Plan
