Job Description

You will be responsible for and manage the creative production process of various advertising formats across all performance marketing channels (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc) as well as external partnerships. You will work closely with all stakeholders of the marketing team (design, brand, international, growth, external partners) to prioritize the production of the most efficient concepts based on KPIs. You will design a structured creative testing strategy for our paid campaigns, with the goal of continuously maximizing performance. You will support the scaling of new creative productions through the targeted use of tools (e.g., Storyteq, AI, etc.). You will measure, analyze, and evaluate the performance of advertising materials holistically across all channels to identify promising communication strategies. You will stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, techniques, and best practices. You will support with ongoing analyses of direct and indirect competitors to identify opportunities for our campaigns.

Qualifications

You bring 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing and creative production. You are interested in working closely with design teams and external service providers to create appealing and creative content. You have creativity in your blood and can show a great interest in storytelling, visual, and motion design. You have the self-confidence to regularly introduce new ideas and approaches and can communicate creative concepts in writing, verbally, and visually. You work independently and efficiently organize your workflow. You work data-driven and have excellent analytical skills. You speak fluent English and German to formulate and share design decisions with the team and stakeholders. Fluent Italian skills are advantageous. Skills and experience with Figma are advantageous. Interest and previous experience in the financial sector is a big plus. Please include at least one relevant work sample (e.g., a project) with your application!
