Define and execute user acquisition strategies, methodologies, and processes to achieve aggressive growth and efficiency targets

Partner with Product and Growth teams to align UA strategy with game positioning, audience targeting, and lifecycle marketing

Build and scale high-performing acquisition programs across key channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, ad networks, and emerging platforms)

Establish and optimise full-funnel measurement frameworks, including KPI definition, attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling

Drive deep analytical insights into campaign performance, working with Analytics and Data Science to improve forecasting and decision-making

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance creative strategy, marketing tech stack, automation, and fraud prevention systems

Champion a culture of experimentation—testing new channels, formats, and bidding strategies to unlock incremental growth opportunities

Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and long-term player value

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer apps.

4+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Proven success managing and scaling multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels

Strong experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic networks, etc.)

Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and scaling new products

Deep analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting

Track record of driving significant growth through improvements in automation, marketing tech, or data infrastructure

Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus: Experience in casual, puzzle, or social mobile games
