Scopely is looking for a Graphic Design Part Time Associate to join our People Solutions team. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for a 6-month term, with the potential to extend. The role is hybrid in Culver City, CA. We offer flexibility with your schedule; however, we prefer that you are available to work in the office two days per week, choosing between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You Will Do

As a Graphic Design Part Time Associate, you'll help bring our internal culture and communications to life through visually engaging materials. You'll design a range of creative assets used in internal programs—from newsletters to events—and help ensure our visual communications reflect the Scopely brand. This role reports to the Project Manager and will work across a variety of People-led initiatives.

• Design digital and print materials (flyers, posters, icons, slides).
• Create branded visuals and assets for reels, email newsletters, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop materials for different projects.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with Scopely's brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design requests and support cross-functional projects.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certificate program in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience with InDesign preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles preferred.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Airtable, Miro, Wrike, or Smartsheet is a bonus, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
• A strong eye for design trends and global creative inspiration.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the hourly rate is $21 per hour.
