Marketing Solutions Specialist
Scopely is seeking a Marketing Solutions Specialist to join our Marketing Analytics & Tech team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis!

What You'll Do
As a Marketing Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data quality and accuracy across Scopely's marketing ecosystem. You will help maintain the integrity of our tracking and attribution systems, working closely with User Acquisition Managers and Data Engineering to ensure that every click, install, and event is correctly captured and attributed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and troubleshoot tracking issues across MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust) and marketing partners (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accurate attribution, event tracking, and reporting across systems.
- Partner with UA Managers to ensure marketing campaigns are properly tracked and optimized for reliable performance measurement.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support new marketing partner integrations and help test configurations, SDK updates, and privacy-related migrations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, integrations, and known issues to strengthen operational excellence and transparency.
- Contribute to improving data QA workflows and suggest scalable solutions to prevent recurring tracking issues.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Business Analyst - experience in performance marketing.
- Understanding of data platforms & integrations (API & S2S)
- A combination of analytical rigor, curiosity, and business acumen - you're as comfortable exploring data as you are explaining its impact.
- Preferably with experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred), DB knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills - able to clearly articulate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
