Performance Marketing Manager II

Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager II to join our User Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract in Israel on a hybrid basis!

The User Acquisition team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels. The teams are based in Europe and the US. The UA team's mobile advertising ecosystem is an always-changing, rapidly growing world, and at Scopely, you'll play a key part in our next big leap in user growth. Our mission is to make experiences that our players love and keep coming back to time and time again.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead partner strategy and campaign execution across key acquisition channels: Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Applovin, Blind ferret, Adjoe, Kashkick, Digital Turbine, Tapjoy, Playwell, and more potential publishers
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to achieve target CPI, ROAS, and spending efficiency
  • Collaborate on developing media plans and growth recommendations for each partner's performance
  • Optimize and expand campaigns for long-term ROAS and retention
  • Manage ASA keyword strategy, encompassing bid optimization, performance analysis, and share of voice
  • Work closely with network account managers
  • Identify and develop new partner and platform opportunities to drive increased performance over time
  • Perform analysis to spot opportunities and trend changes for the UA activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Flexibility to be under a fixed-term contract
  • 5+ years of managing ad network campaigns
  • 5+ years in mobile user acquisition and KPI-driven analysis
  • Deep understanding of 3rd party tools, including MMPs, market research platforms, and ad networks.
  • Extremely organized and high level of attention to detail
  • Analytical and metric-driven
  • Experienced with the partners mentioned above
  • Mobile gaming and free-to-play experience
  • Experience using Looker data visualization tool
