The Pokémon GO team is growing! We're hiring a UX Designer to help us deliver the next wave of experiences for our players. The team partners closely with peers across game design, art, product, and engineering teams to champion the best interests of our broad player base through the design of intuitive, engaging, and usable user interfaces.
We're looking for someone who is a strong voice for the player, applying both intuition and data-informed research to craft intuitive solutions for player-facing experiences. You are able to internalize existing design patterns and apply them to new designs. When called upon, you are comfortable presenting your designs to peers, and accepting of constructive feedback. You have an iterative, collaborative approach to your process, and have high attention to detail for aspects of your work.
