The Marketing Manager, In-Park Revenue will lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive revenue for high-value in-park products. This role is responsible for increasing awareness, trial, and conversion for key offerings such as animal experiences (e.g., zoo products), VIP tours, All-Day Dine, and ancillary products like Quick Queue. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a passion for creating compelling guest experiences and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans & budgets to drive sales for designated in-park revenue products.
  • Partner with product, operations, and revenue management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance product awareness and guest engagement.

Campaign Development & Management:

  • Create targeted marketing campaigns across digital, in-park, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee creative development, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
  • Manage promotional calendars, offers, and upsell strategies to maximize yield.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, product sales trends, and guest behavior.
  • Adjust strategies in real time based on performance data and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative, digital, PR, and social media teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective.
  • Collaborate with park operations to ensure marketing aligns with the on-site guest experience.
  • Support training and communications for front-line teams to improve upsell effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in attractions, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools a plus.
