Segula Technologies is looking for an Avionic Instructional Design Specialist with proven experience in the avionics sector and a solid knowledge of EASA Part 147 regulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination, writing, updating, and management of technical and training documentation related to avionics programs.

Location: Frosinone, Brescia, Varese (initially on-site – subsequently remote)

Knowledge of aviation regulations and concepts of Human Factors (HF) and Crew Resource Management (CRM)

Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Part 147 and Part 66

Proven experience in a Part 147 Training Organization

Experience in preparing technical documentation

Technical and training skills

Desired: Bachelor's degree in technical/aeronautical field or technical diploma with at least 5 years of professional experience in the aviation sector

Desired experience in managing TNA documentation or Training Syllabi in a Part 147 organization

Desired experience in editing training syllabi with elements of Human Factors Principles (HFP) or similar

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
