What You'll Do

Sales Research & Outreach

• You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients through targeted outreach and digital marketing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and schedule high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers.
• Identify and research target companies and decision-makers in engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sectors (Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Defence)
• Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and other digital channels to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor messaging and engagement strategies.
• Engineering market analysis to enhance value proposition and development of key differentiators

Digital Marketing Leadership

• Own and execute our digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage content that showcases our engineering expertise, solutions, and success stories.
• You will be responsible for lead generation with new customers through outreach and digital marketing with the aim of generating enquiries/meetings for our business development mangers
• Monitor analytics and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead generation management, campaign development using website management, social media and email marketing.

Thought Leadership & Brand Building

• Develop and post thought leadership content that positions us as innovators in engineering services.
• Engage with industry communities, influencers, and partners to amplify our voice using events, brand communications and advertising.
• Stay ahead of trends in engineering, sustainability, and digital transformation to inform content strategy.

• Proven experience in B2B sales and digital marketing, ideally within engineering, technical services, or industrial sectors.
• Strong LinkedIn expertise for both outreach and content marketing.
• Excellent research and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
