Supplier Product Manager (H/F)
We are looking for a Supplier Product Manager (SPM) H/F to temporarily strengthen the management of critical suppliers and improve the reliability of delivery commitments in a context of increasing industrial production.
Your missions:
- Pilot the performance of suppliers: quality, costs, deadlines.
- Perform risk analyses according to the monitoring plan (capacity, industrialization, quality, supply chain, CSR).
- Identify critical means, key resources, and points of fragility in the supplier chain.
- Analyze the causes of delays, detect bottlenecks, and implement action plans.
- Deploy KPIs and management rituals necessary for performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure operational follow-up through minutes, progress reports, and validation of actions.
- Implement sustainable improvement actions to secure deliveries.
- Participate in existing supplier performance routines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or performance management.
- Good understanding of industrial environments and supply chains.
- Ability to analyze, structure, and pilot action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, firmness, autonomy, and a sense of results.
- English required
- National and international travel expected
