Civil Designer
We are seeking a Civil Designer with 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D (2020 or newer) to support commercial real estate development projects. This fast-paced role involves drafting, editing, and preparing design solutions for Engineering, Real Estate, Legal, and Construction teams.
What You'll Do:
- Produce high-quality Preliminary Site Plans, Civil Site Plans, Grading Plans, and Boundary & Easement Exhibits
- Interpret surveys, legal descriptions, topographical data, and civil plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to support property acquisition, disposition, and development
- Maintain design standards, templates, and CAD support files
- Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Surveying Engineering
- 2+ years' experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020+ on civil or surveying projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Field experience on construction sites is a plus
- PE, IE, or EIT preferred
