Civil Drafter/Designer
Our client is looking for a Civil Drafter/Designer responsible for assisting the civil engineering team on various residential and commercial projects.
Required:
- Associate's degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable
- 2+ years' experience in a position with emphasis on residential developments with working knowledge of multi-family developments, small to medium commercial sites, and institutional campus improvements
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Civil 3D proficiency
- Experience in the analysis, design, and construction management of land development
- Experience from the concept to construction completion of a project
- Layout, grading, storm drainage network design, utility design, erosion control, road networks, specifications, permit submittal and review, field inspections and investigations
