Senior Level Revit Piping Designer

To lead piping design efforts for complex industrial projects, leveraging advanced Revit expertise and strong knowledge of piping systems and standards. This role involves independently developing models, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring high-quality, accurate deliverables. The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer who brings technical leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to project execution with minimal oversight.

Required:

• Associate's degree in Design Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience of +2 years).
• 10+ years of piping design experience in industrial settings (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductors).
• Proficiency in Revit for piping design and modeling. You will need a minimum of 3 years of solid Revit usage.
• Understanding of piping specifications, materials, equipment interfaces, and layout fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, vendor drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with general oversight while managing your assigned design tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on model and drawing accuracy.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology or similar curriculum.
• Experience in semiconductor facilities.
• Working knowledge of pipe stress considerations and how they influence routing and support design.
• Experience with QA/QC workflows, model health reviews, and specification-driven design.
• Advanced capability with Revit such as family/part development and trouble-shooting.
• Prior leadership in Piping teams, including oversight of model consistency and deliverable quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Senior-Level Revit Piping Designer, you'll independently develop piping designs, lead portions of project scope, and coordinate directly with engineers and other disciplines.
• You will provide technical input on operability, model quality, and design standards while supporting workshare execution and contributing to estimating and change-management discussions.

Pay Range: $52/hr. - $64/hr.
