We're looking for a Web Designer to lead the design and user experience of our marketing website and support other digital marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design engaging, user-experience and conversion-optimized pages for our marketing website.
• Translate goals and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with web, content, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
• Use feedback and performance data to iterate on designs and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to and manage components within the website's design system.
• Create digital marketing assets including social media visuals, email graphics, display ads, and presentations.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with design trends, UX best practices, and relevant tools.

Job Requirements:

• English language proficiency at a professional level.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, including accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
• A portfolio showcasing web design and digital marketing assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, ads, email templates, social graphics).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to varying levels of project complexity and budget.
