Overview: The Client is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Owner to help deliver a more seamless, connected, and customer-centered product ecosystem through our Unified Product Experience (UPE) strategy. This role will focus on identifying and bridging experience gaps across products, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring our digital experiences reflect a unified vision for learner and customer success.
The ideal candidate is a connector, systems thinker, and experience advocate – able to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and translate research and strategy into prioritized work that drives measurable impact. This role is a key link between product vision and execution, helping us connect the dots across touchpoints and empower users to achieve their goals through cohesive, intuitive digital experiences.
