Growth Strategy Intern
We're looking for a motivated and analytical Growth Team Intern to support our expanding Growth & Advantage organization. This role strengthens the team's bench, offloads task-based work from project leads, and provides early exposure to cross-functional strategy, analytics, and program execution.
You'll work closely with Strategy, Programs, Inside Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate revenue-impact initiatives and improve the customer experience across our portfolio.
What You'll Do
Analytics & Research
- Support KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and light data analysis.
- Conduct market, competitive, and partnership research to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with early pipeline reporting and insight development.
Program & Project Support
- Help drive program operations including documentation, meeting prep, and project tracking.
- Support Growth Strategy leaders on special projects within memberships, partnerships, cross-sell, Advantage initiatives, and GTM planning.
- Prepare slides, summaries, and internal updates for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other pods to exchange data, validate insights, and operationalize initiatives.
- Maintain shared resources, process documentation, and reporting tools.
Operational Support
- Assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, data cleanup, and administrative tasks.
- Support event logistics as needed (e.g., school job fairs, internal growth events).
What You Bring
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Basic comfort with Excel/Sheets and data-handling tasks.
Preferred
- Experience with dashboards or analytics tools (bonus).
- Interest in growth strategy, sales operations, product strategy, or customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Role Logistics
- Part-time (~20 hours/week).
- Laptop and standard equipment provided.
