Director Outbound Product Management - Telecom OSS/BSS

This role is part of our Customer and Industry Workflows product organization. Our industry products for the Telecom & Media industry have been growing rapidly. This is an opportunity to guide the charge for a market transformational category within a best-of-breed, enterprise SaaS company.

As a Director, Outbound Product Management for the Telecom & Media Industries, this role will play a critical role in guiding our enablement efforts for customers and partners, pricing and packaging of new products, and serving as the eyes and ears of the products in the market. At ServiceNow, Outbound Product Managers collaborate closely with multiple teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, risk, sales operations etc.) so this role will have a seat at every table.

Responsibilities include: owning product release, launch, and enablement for sales, solution consulting, and partners for the Telecom and Media industries, and guiding a team of product managers who are industry and enterprise SaaS experts; influencing pricing and packaging efforts in close coordination with other BU stakeholders and corporate pricing to optimize market penetration for new products; supporting sales in hitting targets via high-value engagement in sales cycles, building high-trust relationships with customers, partners, etc.; driving significant thought influence in the market, leveraging conferences, industry commentators, PR, AR, etc.; driving key technology partnerships/alliances to execute the product roadmap; and serving as a conduit for customers to share their feedback on our products by running both customer and partner product advisory councils.

Qualifications include: a minimum 15 years in a customer-facing role in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product Delivery, or similar role; experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving; demonstrable executive influence with guiding teams of product managers/owners and managing launch/enablement of high-revenue product portfolios; knowledge/experience in the Telecom & Media industry domain is a must have; knowledge and experience in service management, lead to cash, and network management is highly desirable; extreme sense of ownership; strong bias towards action, and a sense of urgency to win in the market; excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners; outstanding written and oral communication skills; and working in the Eastern time zone is highly desirable/preferred.
