Principal Product Manager - Security Center

Lead the strategy for Security Center, ServiceNow's unified solution for platform security posture management. In this role, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customers understand, maintain, and improve the security posture of their ServiceNow environments at scale. Your mission is to enable platform admins to easily understand their security posture, interpret risk signals, and confidently prioritize the actions that matter most - giving customers clearer visibility and the insights they need to make informed, high-impact decisions.

What you get to do in this role:

  • You will own the roadmap and strategy for Security Center, shaping capabilities spanning security visibility, hardening, continuous monitoring, and the detection and remediation of misconfigurations across multiple security and identity domains.
  • An advanced understanding of product security including cryptography, authentication, identity, access control, incident response, vulnerability management and risk management solutions.
  • Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
  • Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years of software product management experience, with a proven record delivering enterprise SaaS security products end-to-end.
  • Strong background in security posture, cloud security, cryptography, identity, authentication, access management (IAM, CSPM, SSPM or related domains).
  • Experience with security visibility and monitoring practices, including log collection and analysis, security event correlation, anomaly detection, and building/leveraging dashboards for posture, risks, and compliance insights.
  • Strong knowledge of modern application and API security frameworks, including the OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10.
  • Ability to partner with engineering on threat modeling, attack surface analysis, and secure architecture reviews.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
