Job Description
The Workplace Product Management Team focuses on our Workplace Service Delivery and Health & Safety products, which sit within the Core Business Workflows Business Unit at ServiceNow.
ServiceNow is looking for a Staff Outbound Product Manager to join the Workplace Product Management Team. This role reports to the Head of Outbound Product Management for Workplace Products and will work alongside three peers. The Outbound Product Management team drives messaging, adoption, and market fit to ensure a relevant, customer-centric product.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and outcomes to influence product strategy and roadmap in a voice of the customer capacity.
- Partner with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Excellence, and other relevant organizations on go-to-market activities, including messaging, pricing & packaging, demo narratives, and more.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
- 5+ years of Product Management or related experience.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, strategic direction, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, reviewing AI-influenced insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- ServiceNow experience and technical acumen.
- A deep understanding of customer use cases.
- Ability to independently work with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, executives, analysts, and more.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently speak to large audiences and create GTM content.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes and problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, reviewing AI-influenced insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Services & Experience, and Environmental Health and Safety industries is a plus.
- Experience as a Functional Consultant is a plus.
