Imagine leading the charge in next-generation AI interoperability and enterprise AI governance. In this role, you will define and deliver core capabilities within ServiceNow's AI Control product—the platform that enables organizations to maintain security, privacy, monitoring, guardrails, and actionability across all AI usage.

This role places you at the center of AI transformation, defining how secure and governed connectivity works across AI agents, enterprise systems, and external platforms—leveraging emerging interoperability standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks.
You'll partner closely with engineering, design, security, data governance, and AI/ML teams to deliver a unified platform experience where AI access governance, controls, and observability converge. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
