Product Manager Mejora Continua Y Productivity

Product Manager of continuous improvement and productivity will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and ensuring the strategic, commercial, technical, and operational process of the sector in accordance with the business vision designed by the Director, and thus ensure that revenue and profitability are met.

  • Investigate market trends for certification, training, business improvement, and productivity businesses.
  • Lead market analysis, competency analysis, and benchmarking of new services from the global SGS network.
  • Responsible for the financial metrics (local contribution in budget and forecast, total sales, and DSO) of the sector under their responsibility in conjunction with the General Director of SGS, to ensure the established growth for the area.
  • Optimize and ensure the design of current strategic, commercial, technical and operational processes, and those of new services, including the analysis of physical and human resources; seeking greater efficiency and competitiveness and ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective operational management of the assigned sector according to the policies and procedures of SGS Colombia S.A. to thus maintain and improve customer satisfaction indices, ensuring the fulfillment of short, medium, and long-term performance goals, developed in conjunction with the General Director of SGS.
  • Ensure compliance with global sector procedures at the operational level to thus meet the requirements of the Corporation for the country, seeking to guarantee the effective result of the services provided.
  • Develop and maintain a work policy with the SGS group subsidiaries, so that the service offered to customers is global.
  • Promote the constant update of the team in charge in global procedures, local, new services and other related topics to improve their competencies, as well as train all the team in charge in the new services, minimizing errors and avoiding the company incurs in legal or market risks.
  • Support the General Director of SGS in the structuring and execution of the commercial strategy that contributes to the greatest penetration and market participation, in order to have an exponential growth in market share, as well as the strengthening of agreements and conventions and the identification of new services and new business opportunities.
  • Plan the projects of the sector adequately and ensure that they are developed within the established deadlines, budgets, and specifications by the organization and by the clients.
  • Ensure the commercial management of their team aimed at the achievement of new business with current and potential customers.
  • Profile and attend 5 important accounts per year that allow exponential growth of the sector above the assigned budget.
  • Lead the daily briefings, weekly committees, and monthly board, where the different KPIs of the processes are reviewed and the improvement plans and corresponding actions are implemented.

Education: Administrator of Business, related professions, or Engineer, with postgraduate in Senior management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or Quality Management.

Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of experience as Manager, Product Manager or related. Management of personnel, operational processes, sales administration. Of which at least 3 are in the continuous improvement and Productivity sector.
