• Material and environmental laboratory research;

• Project management, guidance, and advice on issues related to construction products and building processes;
• Certification of products.

No Two Days Are the Same As a Sales & Marketing Support Officer, you have one of the most versatile roles within our organization!

You work 32 to 40 hours per week from our location in Sittard and divide your tasks between two main areas of focus: Sales Support and Marketing Support.

What Will You Do? You are primarily responsible for the execution of our internal sales process and support our marketing department in various activities.

Sales Support: From the first customer contact to the invoice, you are the link between the customer and the sales team. You are involved in:

• Quick and efficient forwarding of customer inquiries to the right person.
• Preparing quotes and monitoring follow-up.
• Contacting existing and new customers to introduce SGS INTRON.
• Recording sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Setting up new customers and maintaining price agreements, indexations, and contract renewals.
• Support and backup for other administrative tasks of the support department.

Marketing Support: You support our marketing activities and work closely with sales engineers, account managers, and project leaders. This includes:

• Contributing to content development (e.g., presentations, newsletters, social media).
• Ensuring consistent branding in all communication outputs.
• Assisting in setting up and executing marketing campaigns.
• Supporting at events and fairs in preparation and during the events.
• Creating analyses and reports on customer and market information.

Who Are You? The Sales & Marketing Support Officer knows how to build connections, think in solutions, and work structured. You have guts, humor, and dare to pick up the phone to contact customers.

In addition:

• You are a strong communicator in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• You have a completed commercial education at least at mbo-level, or comparable work and thinking level.
• You have an affinity for technology/construction.
