Marketing Specialist

The Business Assurance Division is a certifying unit that conducts management system certifications, supply chain audit services, and carbon footprint verification in Poland and Scandinavia. We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to help us promote our services and increase brand awareness.
Job Description
- Co-creation and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy for Business Assurance (certification, verification, audits, training)
- Management and optimization of marketing campaigns
- Market and competition analysis
- Collaboration with product managers and the sales team
- Collaboration with the Country Marketing and Global Marketing teams
- Creation and publication of content promoting services
- Monitoring the effects of marketing activities and reporting results
- Developing cooperation with current partners
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education in marketing or management
- English language proficiency at level C1
- Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools
- Ability to create marketing strategies
- Very good organization and ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of graphic design programs and Power Point
- Knowledge of content management systems for websites
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the market for management system certification and audit services
- Experience in the consulting/auditing/training industry in the areas of cybersecurity (information security) or sustainable development (ESG) or environmental protection or food safety
