Position Objective: Responsible for the efficient operation of assigned activities and client accounts, with the goal of delivering the highest quality standards in products and services. This role ensures proper management of human and technological resources, contributing to planned profitability and strengthening SGS as a market leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and objectives of the production area, aligned with overall company goals, ensuring all functions work cohesively toward shared targets.
• Implement standardized production processes in line with global guidelines, including workflows, platforms, systems, and terminology across all locations.
• Maintain active communication with other facilities to coordinate operational support and share best practices, driving global standardization.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to team members.
• Ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, commercial departments, clients, printers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal performance of production assets through timely preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Effectively manage assigned human resources in accordance with global and local HR policies, fostering a positive work environment that enhances productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage production capacity to meet client demands within established timelines and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
• Analyze and communicate monthly production reports and performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing optimization actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives supported by the company's quality management system.
• Promote and ensure quality in all operational activities.
• Stay current with innovations in the prepress and printing industry.
• Report monthly production results to the LATAM Regional Operations Director, evaluating performance against established objectives.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality by following established processes and implementing preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphic/printing industry.
• Previous experience in leadership or team management roles.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Knowledge of printing processes and color management.
• Experience with production processes, quality management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in resource management and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
• Familiarity with automated workflow systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (bilingual).
