The Chief Of Staff To The Chief Growth Officer is the ultimate integrator and execution partner. This role turns ambition into action by driving alignment, clarity, and disciplined execution across the Growth, Creative, and Consumer Experience (Cx) organizations.
Sitting at the center of SharkNinja's growth engine, the Chief Of Staff ensures the Chief Growth Officer's priorities are translated into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. This role leads through influence rather than authority—connecting leaders, surfacing trade-offs, and enabling execution across marketing, demand generation, and growth initiatives without directly owning functional outcomes. The Chief Of Staff operates as both strategist and operator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Partner directly with the Chief Growth Officer to shape priorities and enable execution across SharkNinja's growth agenda. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans by aligning marketing, demand generation, creative, and consumer experience leaders around shared goals, dependencies, and success metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs to keep the organization focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
Own the operating cadence for the Growth organization, including annual and quarterly planning, business reviews, leadership meetings, and goal tracking. Ensure clarity of priorities, transparency of progress, and disciplined follow-through across teams. Prepare executive-level materials, briefings, and recommendations that support effective decision-making and accountability.
Act as the connective tissue across SharkNinja's ecosystem. Influence and align Growth, Creative, and Cx leaders with Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Development, Engineering, Media, Finance, and Regional teams. Anticipate interdependencies, surface risks, remove barriers, and accelerate execution through collaboration—without stepping into line ownership of functional work.
Partner with People & Culture and Finance to support organizational design, headcount planning, and budget alignment for the Growth organization. Ensure capabilities, structure, and resourcing are aligned to strategic priorities while functional leaders retain accountability for results. Support leaders in balancing long-term planning with near-term execution.
Enable continuous improvement across the Growth organization by identifying opportunities to strengthen ways of working, governance, and execution. Introduce operating frameworks, tools, and standards that improve clarity, consistency, and scalability across marketing- and demand-led teams. Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence.
You are a seasoned Chief Of Staff who excels at leading through influence. You bring strong business judgment, executive presence, and operational discipline, and you are comfortable operating behind the scenes to make senior leaders and teams more effective. You thrive in ambiguity, know how to create clarity for others, and have experience supporting marketing- and demand-led organizations in high-growth environments.
This role is based in Needham, MA (Greater Boston). We are open to a hybrid work arrangement, including candidates who are not locally based, provided they can travel to the Needham office on a weekly basis to support in-person collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership team.
