The Senior Manager, New Product Development (NPD) Quality plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that all new consumer products are developed and launched with robust quality systems, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies in place. This individual will serve as the quality lead on innovation projects, partnering closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to embed quality from concept through commercialization. This role is ideal for a quality leader with deep experience in consumer product development, cross-functional collaboration, and regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO, cGMP).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related technical field required. Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive quality experience in consumer goods, personal care, food & beverage, medical devices, or other regulated industry. 3–5 years in a leadership or senior-level role overseeing NPD or product quality initiatives. Strong working knowledge of product development frameworks (e.g., stage-gate) and design controls.
Technical Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of quality systems, risk management tools (FMEA, HACCP, etc.), and root cause analysis techniques. Familiarity with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cGMP, etc.).
