Internship Program Overview

This position offers a base hourly range of $17.50 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

The internship program will run from May through August 2026.

Overview

Assist in connecting strategy, processes, and execution to improve how products are developed, launched, and supported. Work with data, documentation, and cross-functional teams to make product development more efficient and effective. Learn how product teams operate behind the scenes and contribute directly to the company’s ongoing product transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support product teams by creating clear, accurate documentation and process maps to improve consistency and alignment.
• Analyze current workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with developing frameworks and reporting tools that support product decision-making and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams) to ensure processes run smoothly.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in the product operating model by gathering insights, testing approaches, and sharing findings.

Qualifications

Education: Juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, majoring in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Coursework or experience with Excel, Visio, or other process mapping tools preferred.
