Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive demand for protective coatings products. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and customers implementing effective marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that support sales growth.

This is a remote position and will be expected to travel at 50% or more of the time, throughout our Eastern & Canadian Division. The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to support sales objectives within assigned regions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify regional trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns, including customer engagement programs, targeted segment campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to support sales effectiveness.
  • Content Development: Work with MarCom teams, as well as independently, to develop content that can be utilized locally and customized for future applications across regions and market segments.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop targeted marketing programs that support lead generation, customer engagement, and account growth.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key industry partners, local and regional industry organizations, and customers to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Additional Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
  • Must have a bachelors degree or higher
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in field marketing, preferably within industrial, construction, or coatings related industries.
  • Must be able to travel at least 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelors degree or higher in marketing or business
  • Have five (5) years of experience in field marketing, preferably within industrial, construction, or coatings related industries.
  • Have a proven track record of successful marketing execution or related skill sets.
