Product Manager

Product Portfolio Management

Own complete product portfolio in assigned segments, responsible for the product life cycle management.

Build up product line roadmap for the segment assigned and responsible for the execution of the product strategy.

Identify opportunities for new product development by understanding competitive landscape and market situation.

Lead new projects development, partner with key stakeholders and a wide variety of functional groups such as sales, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain to support new product development. This includes managing stage-gate review process, ensuring project objectives, technical requirement, target price and cost, timeline are clearly understood by all functions, utilizing a project charter to lead execution of detailed project plans.

Develop a personal expertise on product markets including a complete intelligence file on competitor's pricing, product, market activity and end-user preference.

Closely work with Marcom and commercial team on the NPD launch and rollout.

Analyze market size & growth, identify growth opportunities through market research.

Deliver sales growth, increase market share, strengthen brand value.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with +3 yrs working experience in Chemicals industry, coating experience preferred.

Experience in Coating Industry highly preferred; Experience in new product development management preferred.

Good presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written English skills
