Job Title
Performs the order and general cleaning of the work area, locates PPE, tools to be used, and landing of equipment before starting work.
Performs and ensures the arrangement of raw material on the line before starting the production process.
Follows operational procedures and work instructions of the area.
Follows the completion of forms, checklists, and hour-by-hour blackboards of the operational area.
Performs the packaging of the product, verifying the weight according to the production order and labeling.
Executes the arrangement of boxes in the dispenser to carry out the arrangement of finished product.
Follows the daily verifications of scales used in the process.
Execute the cleaning of equipment – mill in the changes of product.
Performs and supports general tasks that arise in the Department.
Complies with training for the development of activities in the position.
Performs and verifies the cleaning of equipment, classifying and separating waste and/or excess materials for destruction and/or recycling.
Executes the work according to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPS), meeting the quality and quantity budgeted by the company.
Notifies and reacts when a failure occurs in the equipment according to the work instruction.
