The Senior Product Manager will lead the growth and evolution of the Rakuten Link app. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the product's future, driving user engagement, and contributing directly to Rakuten's success by developing and executing innovative product strategies. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, championing a user-centric approach, and delivering impactful mobile experiences to millions of users.
Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate and execute the product strategy for Rakuten Link product portfolio. Identify market opportunities, customer needs and to shape the product roadmap. Align product goals with the overall business objectives of Rakuten.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business impact. Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to drive product improvements. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the product lifecycle, e.g., marketing, and sales.
