Your Role:

  • Plan and implement promotional actions in sales points (PDV) to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Adapt marketing campaigns for the Brazilian pharmaceutical retail channel, considering market particularities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of merchandising materials, displays, giveaways, and training for sales partner teams.
  • Coordinate the execution calendar of trade marketing actions in collaboration with the marketing team and business partners.
  • Maintain close relationships with account managers, buyers, and key client teams (pharmacy chains, distributors, hospitals).
  • Negotiate and follow up on exposure agreements, joint campaigns, and events in partner channels.
  • Ensure strategies are aligned with commercial and regulatory objectives in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Monitor performance indicators of trade actions (sell-out, shelf share, PDV execution, ROI of campaigns).
  • Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate reports and insights to support Marketing, Promotion, and Sales areas in decision-making.
  • Lead presentations, JBPs, and category development projects.
  • Coordinate teams of promoters, analysts, and third-party agencies responsible for executing actions in PDVs.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget of the area, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting proposed goals.
  • Ensure all actions comply with Anvisa and other regulatory bodies' standards.
  • Work in partnership with regulatory affairs and legal areas to approve materials and campaigns.
