Marketing Manager

Your Role:

• Responsible for the implementation of promotional/communication strategies, plans, and programs in support of brand strategies and objectives
• Strategize and oversee the creation of effective marketing materials and campaigns, including digital, promotional tool
• Define and monitor robust brand KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable success across initiatives
• Control the budget within agreed limits and allocate budget according to annual strategy to maintain efficacy
• Field visits at regular intervals to gain insight on current and future marketing initiatives and ensure correct product information is delivered
• Responsible for entire process for all events conducted in BU that require compliance with regulation
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by your superiors

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
