The role involves developing value propositions that are mutually beneficial to all partners within the account and the organization. It requires promoting and detailing clinical data with good product knowledge. You will achieve provided sales targets and growth in the assigned territory, practicing positive and proactive customer engagement. Providing information and updates on the assigned therapeutic area and products to healthcare professionals and customers is also part of the job. Thinking out of the box to ensure providing customer value and meeting unmet needs is essential. Maintaining close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure strategic alignment is required. Awareness of market and customer intelligence is necessary, and appropriate and timely planning, execution, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives are expected. Ensuring job competency and compliance with the company's policy, values, ethics, and PhAMA code of conduct is mandatory. Completing and submitting reports and assigned tasks to relevant personnel in a timely manner is also required.
The candidate should have a tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience is necessary. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to travel extensively, especially outstation, is essential. Handling discerning customer needs, especially in Women Health, is also required.
