Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Silae, your responsibilities will include:

User Needs Analysis: You will gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify priorities, clarify uncertainties, and propose appropriate solutions.
Product Roadmap and Backlog Management: You will work closely with the Product Director and payroll consultants to prioritize features and manage the backlog in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
Offering Review and Solution Packaging: You will contribute to revisiting our current product offering and help structure and package solutions in a way that maximizes value for different customer segments.
Product Development Monitoring: You will coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience.
Collaboration and Communication: You will keep internal teams (marketing, support) informed of product developments and ensure strong coordination HR and Payroll Consultants to maintain overall consistency.
Bridge Between Local and French Product Teams: You will act as the link between the local product team and the French product teams.
