Product Manager, Extensibility (Marketplace & Connect)

Sitecore's extensibility layer combines the Marketplace, where customers, partners, and developers discover, install, and create apps and Connect, the integration backbone that enables data flow and automation across Sitecore and third-party systems in a cloud, API-first model. This role owns key slices of both products to grow app supply and quality, developer adoption, and integration-led customer value across Sitecore's portfolio.

Success looks like leading a product portfolio of high-quality apps and integrations, providing faster time-to-value, a thriving developer and partner ecosystem supported by strong governance and telemetry. Expect close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Documentation, Developer Relations, Security/Compliance, Support, Partner/Alliances, and Product Marketing to deliver customer outcomes end-to-end. The culture emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and execution while operating across time zones in a highly collaborative, global environment.

What You Will Do:

1. Own the roadmap for prioritized areas of Marketplace and Connect, balancing customer value, developer experience, and platform reliability with clear bets and outcomes.
2. Lead customer, developer, and partner discovery to validate problems, jobs to be done, and value hypotheses, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
3. Define and run Early Access programs for apps and connectors.
4. Grow Connect value by curating high-impact connectors and low-code recipes.
5. Benchmark competitor marketplaces and offerings; propose differentiators that create stickiness and measurable business value.
6. Partner with internal product teams and the ISV/solution partner ecosystem to seed supply, co-build strategic integrations, and align go to market motions.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment with a successful track record.
• Strong discovery and research skills across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, converting insights into a prioritized roadmap and delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making using telemetry and experimentation.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with marketplaces or app ecosystems.
• ISV strategy, monetization models, and partner enablement motions that increase supply and drive joint revenue.
• Familiarity with extensibility models and low-code integration tools.
