Our architectural firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Revit Specialist and Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing architectural visions to life. From initial design development to intricate technical drafting and multidisciplinary coordination, you will contribute across all project phases, ensuring excellence in production and documentation. PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS: $24 – $34 an hour Monday to Friday, 8 AM– 6 PM. Medical, Dental, and Vision + Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card

DESIGN, DRAFTER DUTIES: Develop and produce high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit. Lead design development, space planning, and precise technical detailing. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external consultants, including structural and MEP specialists. Provide comprehensive support through schematic design, design development, and construction phases. Ensure all drawings strictly comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and project-specific requirements. Active participation in project meetings to resolve design challenges and coordination issues. Contribute to efficient production workflows, meeting all deadlines and deliverable milestones.

DESIGN, DRAFTER REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check and drug test (Pre-employment requirements) Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check 3-5+ years of proven experience in architectural design and production. Extensive experience in drafting, detailing, and the creation of construction documentation. Solid understanding of architectural design principles and complex building systems. Proven track record of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and consultants. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with precision. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with AutoCAD and advanced architectural visualization tools.
