The Soar Group is a UK performance agency group comprising three specialist agencies. With over £100M+ in yearly ad spend under management and a team of 130+, we work with 7-9 figure DTC and e-commerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
We were nominated for Meta's Creative Diversity Award 2025 and were named the UK's #1 independent Meta agency group by Meta. Our creative department is the group's biggest growth lever - and this role is central to where it goes next.
Our values: Extreme Ownership. Radical Curiosity. Kind Candour. Outcome Obsessed.
We're hiring a Growth Strategist to lead strategic growth initiatives for a portfolio of ambitious e-commerce brands. This role is focused on owning client growth strategy, shaping commercial direction, and driving high-performance execution across paid media and creative. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients - helping them identify opportunities, solve growth challenges, and scale profitably through clear strategic thinking and data-backed decision-making. You deeply understand the core levers that drive e-commerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, customer acquisition, and budget deployment. You know how to diagnose issues quickly using data, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients immediately buy into.
You'll work closely alongside Media Buyers and Growth Executives to ensure strategic plans are executed effectively, campaigns move quickly, and performance continues to improve. You're a strong communicator who can delegate clearly, align teams around priorities, and create momentum across accounts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, commercial thinking, and client leadership.
