You will be responsible for:
Analyzing recurring problems related to the cabin, collaborating with program teams and suppliers to resolve them, and answering customer questions to ensure satisfaction and reliability of solutions.
- Analyze recurring cabin problems (structures, systems, arrangements) and propose durable corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with program teams, suppliers, and engineering service to resolve technical issues and answer operators' questions.
- Ensure coordination of proposed solutions with other stakeholders, taking into account the implications of airworthiness regulations, materials and processes, and cabin-related constraints.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and reduction of costs related to cabin repairs and interventions.
