SBS is a global financial technology company that's helping banks and the financial services industry to reimagine how to operate in an increasingly digital world. SBS is a trusted partner of more than 1,500 financial institutions and large-scale lenders in 80 countries worldwide, including Santander, Societé Generale, KCB Bank, Kensington Mortgages, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota FS. Its cloud platform offers clients a composable architecture to digitize operations, ranging from banking, lending, compliance, to payments, and consumer and asset finance.

With 3,400 employees in 50 offices, SBS is recognized as a Top 10 European Fintech company by IDC and as a leader in Omdia's Universe: Digital Banking Platforms. SBS is headquartered in Paris, France.

You will manage product marketing for a defined part of the SBS portfolio. Depending on the priorities, this may include digital banking solutions, open banking, core banking services, fintech, business banking services or neo-banking solutions. Your job is to define the positioning, launch, understanding, and adoption of these products. You will work closely with product managers, sales teams, strategic, demand generation, digital and field marketing, content, and communications teams, to create clear narratives, strong launches, and long-term customer value.

Your missions: • Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for your part of the portfolio, including strategy, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Translate complex product features into clear narratives that resonate with customers and differentiate SBS in the market. • Work closely with high-level stakeholders, including commercial unit heads and product managers, to develop marketing plans that meet the expectations of the entire Client & Growth organization. • Create first-rate communication materials for all channels: presentations, sales collateral, marketing kits, website content, solution briefs, technical sheets, case studies, articles, white papers, and customer testimonials. • Collaborate with product managers and sales to enhance customer retention and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities through more impactful sales arguments. • Support sales with data-driven positioning and messaging, so teams can confidently communicate the value proposition of the products. • Integrate competitor insights, customer feedback, and market signals into roadmap discussions to help define product direction. Identify and articulate key market problems, leveraging this information to create clear and differentiated messages and positioning. • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure that SBS offerings are positioned effectively in the market. • Identify and integrate product differentiators into compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers. • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand through clear messaging, content ideas, and customer testimonials. • Become a product expert for your portfolio, continuously deepening your understanding of the capabilities, architecture, and customer impact. • Maintain product launch timelines and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and ready to take action.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or pre-sales in the banking sector, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software. • A master's degree in marketing and/or business administration. • Available to work at the Paris office. • Bilingual in French and English, capable of communicating, writing, and presenting fluently in both languages in all aspects of the role, including writing compelling narratives and presentations. • Proven experience in managing end-to-end product launches or features. • Good understanding of financial institutions, market problems, end-customer challenges, SaaS, native cloud platforms, and complex enterprise software. • Ability to translate deep technical knowledge into clear and compelling arguments for customers. • Proficiency in using data and market information to influence positioning and direction. • Comfort working with high-level stakeholders, including product managers, sales, and the division general manager. • Acute sense of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Practical and collaborative style, attention to detail, and quality focus.

What does success look like? Your product domain has a clear narrative. Launches go smoothly. Salespeople feel equipped and confident. Customers understand the value proposition and remain engaged. And teams see you as the person who knows the market, product, and story best.
