What You'll Do
- Design new and edit existing graphic content, illustrations, infographics and PowerPoint decks
- Create AI agents using Copilot Studio that achieve efficiencies throughout the organization
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Generate fresh concepts
- Ensure our established branding is consistent throughout various projects
- Work with Instructional Designers to grow SOTI's capabilities for creating digital content using interactive applications, animation and videos including redesigning/repurposing print media for use in a digital environment
- Produce motion graphics designs for eLearning courses, titles, graphics, backgrounds and animations
- Continuously enhance design skills, knowledge of design industry trends, and remain current with technological advancements within the creative industry
- Drive and contribute to the overall creative acumen and growth of the creative team
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design
- Background in digital graphic design through school projects, freelance work, or internships
- Interest or basic understanding of AI tools such as Copilot agents and workflows
- A portfolio showing your creative work — especially motion graphics and editing
- Passion for creating bold, eye-catching visuals and campaigns
- Basic understanding of design principles like layout, typography, and color theory, with a willingness to grow
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, or interest in learning them
- Comfortable working on design, motion graphics, and editing projects
- Enjoy storytelling through visuals — including animation, video editing, and storyboarding
- Open to feedback and able to adjust designs based on input from others
- Feel free to share a portfolio to highlight your design skills
