Marketing Representative

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Marketing Representative to join our team of outstanding Marketing professionals in North Charleston, SC.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with financial center merchandising for interior and exterior signage, décor, and ad hoc projects.
• Manage the printing, procurement, delivery, and supply of brochures and other print marketing materials for financial centers, and maintain an updated brochure checklist.
• Create print materials to support community and sponsored events, including boat and recreational vehicle shows, shred events, and financial center events.
• Manage marketing support for new financial center openings and major renovations, including attending project meetings, creating a marketing plan to promote the opening, and communicating appropriate updates to the marketing team and other project stakeholders.
• Manage digital financial center signage system, including uploading, scheduling, and editing content, creating and sending a monthly content report, identifying and implementing best practices, and serving as primary vendor contact and IT liaison.
• Oversee financial center photography by working with third-party photographer to maintain updated image library for each location.
• Manage the organization's financial wellness tool, working with third-party vendor to identify and implement best practices and define, measure, and report objectives and key results.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews within 48 hours of receipt. Coordinate with Retail Sales and other internal departments as needed to ensure reviews are addressed in a timely and sufficient manner.
• Manage Google My Business page, or the equivalent, for each financial center, including ensuring each page has accurate and up-to-date content. Create timely and relevant posts for campaigns and promotions that meet marketing standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales to review and approve vendor-provided marketing materials and share final documents with internal stakeholders.
• Create and implement marketing messages for monthly member statements, collaborating with internal business partners as needed to finalize verbiage and secure member lists.
• Manage the creation and execution of quarterly Kids Club newsletter, including insertion into quarter-end statements and any related contests.

Minimum requirements include:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience working in a similar marketing role.
• Possess demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organize multiple tasks and projects.
• Possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Possess direct work experience producing marketing materials.
• Possess experience managing third-party vendor relationships and collaborating with vendors to execute marketing plans and achieve organizational goals.
• Possess demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Possess demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess experience performing intermediate mathematical skills.
