Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), you will lead the strategic vision and execution of HR initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. Your role will focus on enhancing the employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and delivering scalable, user-friendly digital solutions. You will also serve as the Product Manager for Foundational Reporting, ensuring robust data insights and analytics. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Experience Requirements

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow HRSD platform and modules, including Employee Relations, Reporting, and access management.
• Experience with case management, lifecycle orchestration, and employee/manager portals.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital products in an agile environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with tools and workflows that support scalable, intelligent HR service delivery.
• Experience with reporting frameworks, scripting (e.g., TypeScript), and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Ability to define and deliver operational and strategic reporting for HR and leadership stakeholders.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
