Join a rapidly growing, $3.0B+ revenue business (nearly 100x growth in the past ten years) organization as an Analyst, Growth Insights - a key role driving data-backed marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle. In this highly collaborative position, you’ll work with growth and field teams to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and directly influence core growth levers: Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Revenue Expansion. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, more effective engagement, and stronger commercial outcomes across both digital and field marketing channels. From uncovering behavioral trends to refining go-to-market strategies, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, retain, and grow our customer base at scale.

Role Specific Tasks:

  • Consolidate and analyze first- and third-party data to create accurate, insightful, and actionable reports for home office and leadership teams
  • Goes beyond the data to deliver thoughtful observations, recommendations, and next-step suggestions that align with broader product strategies and organizational goals
  • Comfortable handling ad hoc analysis requests with speed and precision, using data to answer key business questions and support real-time decision-making
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in presenting data-driven insights clearly and concisely to leadership audiences, with a focus on impact and outcomes
  • Works closely with growth, marketing, and related home office teams to ensure reporting and analytics efforts are aligned with team needs and company roadmaps, fostering a high degree of collaboration and responsiveness
  • Maintains a strong commitment to consistency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy, with rigorous quality checks and attention to detail in all deliverables

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics or Information Science required (Graduate degree, preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years of similar work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare or retail
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities and hospital plans concurrently
  • Outstanding documented skills in Excel, proficiency in VBA, SQL, R or other coding platforms preferred
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

Compensation will depend upon years of experience and talent level.
