We're looking for a highly-skilled, versatile Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join our Brand team. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who brings strong design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll be stepping into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll help elevate visual communications across digital, print, video, and web platforms. You'll also help drive content creation for the corporate brand, recruiting and business development aspects, along with our Livewell hospital brand. What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across channels: digital ads, web content, social media, email, and print.
• Own and manage website updates using WordPress — including page builds, content refreshes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Design for web with an understanding of best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and responsive layout.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns, providing layouts and assets that follow brand and performance guidelines.
• Create and edit light video content (social media reels, internal videos, etc.) using Adobe programs, Canva, or other platforms.
• Support social media teams with graphic needs and creative overflow.
• Collaborate closely with team members, providing and receiving feedback to continually raise the quality bar.
• Prep files for professional print production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and press-readiness.
• Embrace AI and automation tools to enhance workflow, problem-solve, and innovate creatively.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies — and bring those insights back to the team.
• Work independently on projects while also being a team player who helps others when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional design experience, ideally in an in-house or agency environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and bonus if skilled in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid experience with WordPress (content updates, design layout, etc.).
• Strong Figma skills for wireframing, prototyping, and digital design collaboration.
• Knowledge of email marketing design and platforms.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience prepping and exporting print-ready files using proper bleeds, color profiles, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for details — your work needs very little editing.
• Positive attitude, humble spirit, and a willingness to learn and grow from feedback.
• Curious and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for AI tools and creative tech like Firefly, Runway, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT, etc.
• Bonus if familiar with basic HTML/CSS or can troubleshoot simple web issues.
