Mission Pet Health (Mission) has a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to be part of our growing Marketing team! The Marketing Coordinator is a self-starter and solution finder who will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other Marketing team members to ensure Mission marketing strategies are effectively implemented. This role will be responsible for marketing coordination, strategy and execution for our veterinary hospital teams and will work with regional marketing specialists on day-to-day marketing projects to help our hospitals grow. This person will collaborate with other members of the marketing team and third-party agencies. Essential Functions: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this job, but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of Mission. Hospital Marketing & Engagement Support Work closely with the marketing business partners to create multi-channel campaigns to be used at the hospitals. Support the day-to-day marketing needs of the hospitals and hospital managers through an internal ticketing system. Coordinate execution of website updates. Assisting hospital managers with their questions and troubleshooting challenges within marketing applications. Meet, maintain, and exceed standard ticketing system SLAs. Assess, communicate, and execute on timelines for projects with hospital managers. Promotional Marketing Support Collaborate with hospitals to build and create unique promotional campaigns. Collaborate with in-house graphic designers to develop graphics for hospitals. Report on promotional campaign success as it relates to hospital growth. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The knowledge, skills, and abilities which are required to be able to perform the Essential Functions of this position. Experience supporting a variety of clients in social media management, copywriting, project management, and digital marketing. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are a must! Required Education and Experience: The education level and amount of experience which are required to be able to perform the Essential Functions. This should include any required certifications and licenses. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field 2-5 years of marketing experience (brand or agency) Preferred Education and Experience: The education level and amount of experience which are preferred and "nice to haves" but are not necessarily required to be able to perform the Essential Functions. Includes any preferred certifications and licenses. Veterinary or pet industry experience is a plus! Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
