About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead execution across our core platform modules. You'll be the only full-time product manager in the company, working directly alongside the CEO (who owns product), a product designer, and a 12-person engineering team. Our current senior PM is moving on, and this role will step into the driver's seat.
This is a hands-on product builder role—not a strategy-only position or a people manager. You'll write specs, manage sprints, QA releases, run discovery, and own day-to-day product operations across a high-growth, multi-module platform. You'll also be expected to operate with speed, clarity, and strong product judgment.
You'll bring clarity to chaos, help us ship smarter, and evolve our product development culture with an AI-native mindset—from ticket writing to customer feedback to internal tooling.
