Nous recherchons un(e) Growth Marketer expĂ©rimentĂ©(e) pour exĂ©cuter et optimiser des campagnes dâacquisition sur plusieurs canaux payants, avec un accent sur lâachat mĂ©dia et la performance des crĂ©as, afin de stimuler une croissance constante du nombre dâutilisateurs en France et Ă travers lâEurope.
Cette personne jouera un rĂŽle clĂ© dans la montĂ©e en puissance de certains de nos marchĂ©s Ă fort potentiel et contribuera directement Ă la croissance du chiffre dâaffaires.Vos missions
Gestion de campagnes : exĂ©cuter, suivre et optimiser les campagnes pour atteindre les objectifs LTV:CAC et dâabonnements.
Tests crĂ©atifs : collaborer avec lâĂ©quipe design pour tester et faire Ă©voluer rapidement les crĂ©ations publicitaires.
Analyse de donnĂ©es : surveiller les performances au quotidien afin dâidentifier des leviers dâoptimisation et dâapprentissage.
Collaboration transversale : travailler en étroite coordination avec les équipes centrales, design, analytics et contenu pour aligner les stratégies et maximiser les résultats.
Initiatives stratĂ©giques de croissance : tester, dĂ©couvrir et gĂ©rer de nouveaux canaux dâacquisition pour stimuler la croissance utilisateur.
Profil recherché
6+ ans dâexpĂ©rience pratique dans la gestion de campagnes dâacquisition payantes (Meta, Google) sur le web et le mobile.
Solide expĂ©rience dans lâoptimisation des campagnes orientĂ©es performance (ratio LTV:CAC).
MaĂźtrise de lâanalyse de donnĂ©es au niveau campagne et des A/B tests rapides.
Esprit créatif développé et expérience avérée dans la collaboration avec des équipes design pour optimiser les publicités et les landing pages.
Capacité à transformer des données complexes en insights clairs et exploitables.
Atouts supplémentaires :
Expérience dans subscription-based apps ou le mobile gaming.
Esprit dâexpĂ©rimentation et goĂ»t pour le test de nouveaux canaux.
Connaissance du marketing full-funnel, incluant la fidélisation / CRM.
Français langue maternelle. Dâautres langues europĂ©ennes (italien, espagnol, polonais, etc.) sont un plus.
