About The Role

Do you want to take a key role in driving the growth of an international digital consultancy? As Sales Director at SQLI Nordics, you will have the opportunity to influence our business in Sweden and the Nordic region, work on complex and exciting customer dialogues, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. About the role As Sales Director, you are responsible for leading and developing sales in the Nordic region with a focus on Sweden. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational execution from building a strong pipeline to driving deals to completion and developing long-term customer relationships.

As a part of SQLI's international sales organization, and in close collaboration with colleagues in other countries around deals, customers, and offer development, you will play a central role in SQLI's continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop the commercial strategy in the Nordic region with a focus on how we create growth through both new and existing customers, within both larger and smaller deals
  • Build, develop, and follow up a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Drive new customer sales and develop existing customer relationships
  • Lead complex deals and contract negotiations
  • Ensure quality throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to delivery
  • Work closely with international teams within SQLI Group
  • The role also involves representing SQLI in external contexts such as customer events, partner collaborations, and industry forums.

Qualifications Specification

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in selling complex digital solutions and platforms.
  • Experience in both new sales and development of existing customers
  • Experience in technically complex sales
  • Experience working in international organizations or international business
  • Familiarity with CRM and structured pipeline follow-up
  • Experience working closely with pre-sales and delivery
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Desirable

  • Background from consultancy or tech companies
  • Experience with e-commerce and digital platforms
